Washington Citizens for Proportional Representation
From Seattle Wiki
Washington Citizens for Proportional Representation is an activist group that encourages the use of proportional representation in public life. They meet on the third Monday of each month at the University District library. See their webpage (below) for more information on their meetings.
Although it is not proportional representation, they have great overlap with the Instant Runoff Voting WA group that sponsored I-318, an initiative to use Instant-runoff voting in Washington state elections.
