Interwiki links help you create links to frequently used websites without having to include the whole URL. You can use them just as you do with normal internal links:

SeattleWiki is a [[Wikipedia:wiki]] website.
--> SeattleWiki is a Wikipedia:wiki website.

If you want to hide the interwiki namespace (the stuff before the :), you can either give your link a new name, by adding a "|name" to it, or just add the "|":

SeattleWiki is a [[Wikipedia:wiki|]] website.
--> SeattleWiki is a wiki website.
