Vertical World and Stone Gardens are legitimate climbing gyms; both offer classes and pro belay options as well as unsupervised climbing. REI only has a "pinnacle" (not walls and walls of routes); they offer classes and a pay-per-climb pro belay. The latter is only $5 per climb for members--a bargain if you just want to give indoor rock climbing a try. See the websites for more information.
