Than Brothers sells phở, a Vietnamese soup. Just this one soup. Do not be fooled by the menu, which reads: "Small, medium, large, and huge." It is, in fact, just four different sizes of enormous. I strongly recommend getting the small, the very first time you come. It's super-cheap, and you will be full. Oh, they sell these cream-puff things too, which are super-awesome. This is the cheapest place to eat in Capitol Hill, and it is a joy to be in. A comfortable place, if college-students and informality are cool with you. But those two things are the only things that they sell. I mean: They have this big menu. But it takes a little while to realize: It's just different kinds of meat in the SAME soup. It sounds quirky, and it is, but it's also great.
